I have no problem with the idea of intelligent design, I’m just not sure I could ever understand it. The universe does seem to be created in order to create and sustain life

I guess if you believe we live in a simulation, intelligent design is a no brainer. It’s gaining ground. Who created the sim? God or aliens? I don’t know. I never really figured it out. I have my own theories.

@anon28145038 I don’t think of it as a simulation at all, quite the opposite. I would describe it as absolute reality, without judgment or measurement, merely seeing things the way they really are, free of all illusion
Depends on what your beliefs are, I’ve always wondered if the universe is eternal, meaning it always existed in the past, and always will in the future. Maybe it was just blank space, like a void with no stars in it, know what I mean?

@anon59642972 I’ve struggled with that too. It’s hard to wrap my head around the idea that space was created along with matter… It seems Space would be an absolutely infinite empty void
There is a theory where the
Infinitely small and the infinitely big meet and when they collide in some way the result is infinity x infinity

So I can’t explain it very well

All of a given timeline exists at the same time in the fifth dimension.
Unusual belief, that’s where the hallucinations dwell, peeking into this realm for their amusement.
This doesn’t mean you’re in a deterministic universe, but your movements are being projected ahead and predicted leagues ahead, however strange whimsical choices can throw them off and even scare them, drastically changing your timeline.
IMO just live your life the way you want, don’t take orders by them. Do as much as you can to make them quiet and friendly.
