i love swimming to , but i dont go to swimming pool coz its very expensive, i wait for hot summer to go swimming in the sea (like fish) i did yoga before 5 years, now i will not succeed in it

I used to play hockey. I’ve been on a couple teams. I haven’t played in years. I loved it.

skiing in my early 20’s yoga after that (did teacher training after 5 yrs) and running (another 5 years) - was running a half marathon every weekend in training.
just started running 3 x a week again plus a hill walk with a friend
