My favorite was bowling when I was a kid and teenager, and baseball was second. I got out of playing sports when I quit college at 19.
Bowling, dodgeball, chess, mma, and boxing.
At my age Sports can be dangerous unless you count pocket pool when I was young my folks started me in boxing at 5 years old after grade school I did wrestling up until I was in state sure I tried out for other sports football basketball soccer and I just didn’t fit in I did however in softball won the series at the age of 11
Well, I only played organized sports twice; Little League when I was in seventh grade and soccer in high school. But I played a lot of football, basketball, and baseball with my friends.
I agree. I’m 63 and have arthritis in my lower back. I can play pool though at the activities center.
Just on a couple of year break but would like to continue playing competitive cricket.

I liked amateur wrestling when I was young. In junior high I was really good, but in high school I got worse with each passing year. In high school was when my mental illness started to kick in.
Soccer, then tennis, then indoor cricket. I haven’t played sport in 9 years now.
Basketball was the love of my childhood.
Bowling Lazertag Paintball Basketball are the sports I still play today. Used to play softball baseball pool skiing tennis.
Dance classes (ballet, jazz, hip-hop), trampoline and tumbling, volleyball, and bowling.
I always wanted to try soccer, tennis, and swimming back then. Tried cheerleading, but might’ve quit.
I’ve done badminton, fitness, yoga and swimming for years.
Now I walk and go on my exercise bike.
Played defense in soccer for around 5 years growing up.
Then swam competitively from 5th grade through 12th grade (mostly backstroke and middle distance freestyle), and made Captain my last year.
Wasn’t the best athletically-speaking, but I did show up to almost every practice, so that’s gotta count for something, I think .
I was on the wrestling team in high school for a while.
I also was on the track team and tried out for the soccer team but got cut after a while.

I did long distance running
Hockey for a while in school. Joined the track team to lose weight and to suck at the discus.
As an adult I was a passionate downhill skier and I enjoyed Jiu Jitsu as well.
Knees are not the greatest so goodbye to those two things.
