Pheasant meat, ground up into a fine paste, with black pepper. Very gamey. And it stays in your mouth.
Normally put on top of half a boiled egg.

Love Dijon mustard, too. But basically all brown mustard is a go to condiment. I also like barbecue sauce, preferably Memphis and Georgia style.
Probably ketchup. I heard it has a lot of sugar in it.
