What’s your ancestry?

I just logged into Ancestry for the first time in years. Here’s my genetic composition:

Well my dad’s father was adopted, but with the exception of quite a few remote ancestries I’m fairly certain that I’m Welsh, Scottish, French-Canadian, Mexican, and a little bit of Irish.

English (mostly)
Irish (mostly)
German (a small percent)
Belgium (like 2%)

I’m Pretty sure I’m part Native American but it doesn’t show my DNA test. I’ve heard though that that’s not uncommon.

My grandparents on my mother’s side were born in Sicily, but emigrated to France.

My grandmother on my father’s side was born in Ireland, and my grandfather was born in Germany.

Wow, you have really close ties to Europe.

My third great grandparents were born abroad, Italy on my mom’s side and Ireland on my dad’s side.

We can both trace our ancestry back to Sicily. That’s neat!

Do you have any Italian cooking in your family that was passed down to you?

I don’t really, but I wish I did.

No because my mother was born in France (even closer tie to Europe), but my father was very controlling and didn’t want my mother doing anything associated with France (really sad).

I always thought you were

50% brainiac
and
50% cutey patooty.

ps. Hope the cutey patooty isnt going too far. You never know when you over step the compliiment and venture too far into rule breaking on this forum. A bit of mod discretion ther. Really not flirting, just complimenting on the way you always make sure you are looking sharp and well groomed.
