The weirdest gift I received was when I was a teenager. My sister’s boyfriend gifted me a box of condoms for no apparent reason on my Birthday. Of course not front of anyone

Someone tried to give me a banana in Hawaii out of his truck but when I reached to take it he wouldn’t let go. It creeped me out. I don’t know if that counts as a gift but it was weird!

It may have been that but I (innocently) think it was more like I needed to recognize the import of the gift or something… He didn’t seem gay. But who the f knows. It did seriously creep me though haha

When I was about 22 I had a girlfriend and kept telling her how much I loved the Porsche 911 car.
It would be a symbol of me “making it” if I ever bought one for myself.
So for my birthday she bought me a large model of a Porsche 944
Which is a car I hated.

i dont think ive ever gotten a weird gift. but i did get one that disappointed me. one christmas the only think i got was a tool kit. i was disappointed but then i ended up needing and using them and now i own a lot of tools and like getting tools as a gift.

Mine were 2 things:
- an ugly pizza clock
- a bunch of presents from my aunt that all had cat faces all over them. All at once for Christmas. It was very strange

I asked some1 if I could borrow £50.
I didn’t know they’d yet read the message.
Looked into my account to check my money and noticed it had gone up by £200!!
My mate gave me £200!!as an actual gift. (and said that he’d expect the same from me if he was in financial trouble haha)

my dad gave me a pair of converse all star tennis shoes and a copy of " a confederacy of dunces" for my 33rd birthday…I requested the tennis shoes.

One lonely Saturday night my brother knocked on my door. He handed me a case of beer and a Walmart bag. He then paused put up his finger and said hold on. He came back with an old jar of Vaseline. Lol. In the bag was one of those rubber vaginas. He knows me so well. Jk I was like wtf is wrong with you. He was psychotic at the time and looked as though he thought he was helping me out. He’s been in the hospital for about a month and has nine more to go. Maybe we’ll laugh about this one day.

We had a gift exchange at some point in my school years and I offered the person a keychain in the shape of a toilet and the person got me a bunch of hockey cards…
