I use to be on the exact same combo, different dosage though. 40mg Zyprexa and 75mg of Effexor.

Both meds made me fat and I ended up with severe side effects like really high cholesterol, triglycerides and diabetes.

When I quit both I went from 240lbs down to 171 lbs.

Bipolar 1 and Psychotic Disorder NOS because of disorganized speech and negative symptoms.

I am very grateful to have a good med combo. Side effects are minor and more than bearable.

200mg risperdal consta every 2 weeks. 200mg clozapine a day and 50mg sertraline a day.

Two medications:

Ziprasidone and Abilify. No side effects. Symptom free.

I take Latuda 80mg (1x/day) & Lithium Carbonate 1,200mg (600mg 2x/day).

I feel pretty stable and good right now. But I go through episode phases, often related to my menstrual period, where I’m very symptomatic.

350 mg trevicta 3 monthly and 100 mg seroquel.i used to take 3mg invega instead of seroquel but i had huge problem on sweating.i was sweating lot on extra invega.so i m on seroquel now.

Screw me I take a lot, I’m just realizing it.

Latuda 40mg AM/80mg PM - depression/schizophrenia
Caplyta 42mg PM - schizophrenia
Pristiq 50mg - depression
Mirtazapine 30mg - insomnia
Prazosin 1mg PM - nightmares
Ativan 1mg PRN - anxiety/panic
Adderall ER 20mg AM - attention/focus/ADHD
Adderall SR 10mg Midday - attention/focus/ADHD

And not to mention, my ancillary medications for side effects… :

Propranolol 20mg twice a day - tremors/anxiety
Benztropine 1mg twice a day - EPS/TD
Austedo 12mg twice a day - tardive dyskinesia

Meds are a pain. I’m trying to come off benztropine and Latuda. So far, I seem to not need the benztropine. But I stopped my Latuda AM dose and felt GREAT consequence… breakthrough hallucinations.

Quetiapine- 450mg nightly
Fluvoxamine- 200mg nightly maxed
Sodium valproate- 800mg nightly

Benzexhol- 4mg prn for when I started quetiapine with hand tremors
Propanolol- 10mg 3x daily prn dunno for what
Lorezepam- 0.5mg 2x prn for anxiety attacks or anger
They don’t prescribe these anymore. Just recently.

I don’t feel like including my supplements so I’ll leave it at this.
