Yes. AP’s are the best meds for paranoia.
I take Risperdal Consta, Geodon, and Seroquel for my paranoia.

For me, SSRI, benzos and AP all reduced paranoia. Everything, also non-med things, that is calming and reduces emotions, specifically fear, puts a brake on my paranoia. Depending on how bad it is. If it is severe, i use an AP though.

APs and benzo as needed

Zychlophonpixol is the medication what works for me.

APs don’t help. Only benzodiazepines do the trick for me.
