What medications and at what time of day?

Currently, my routine is as follows:
Morning:
Pramistar (pramiracetam), a nootropic – 600 mg.
Three different supplements: Omega-3, lion’s mane, and cordyceps.

Evening:
Cariprazine (Vraylar) – 1.5 to 3 mg (my doctor allowed me to choose the dose depending on what kind of day I had). (stressful or less stressful)

That’s the first time I’ve heard of that kind of arrangement with a doctor. Normally people take one fixed dose consistently.

Monthly - 400mg aripiprazole.

Evening - 100mg sertraline (currently coming off of it)

             50mg qutiapine

            4mg melatonin.

Plan is to get me off both the sertraline and qutiapine. We will increase the melatonin to 6mg to make up for lack of qutiapine. If my weight doesn’t improve after this then I may also switch my monthly depot.
