Could be lots of things but according to science the biggest part is genetics followed by street drug use followed by stress.

I theorize it’s a long term low grade stress that feels like it’s hard to get closure on, sometimes I’ll offer it’s not possible but other times we can if we take a harder look at the scenarios; people can be stubborn, but so can we be…

For me I had a cancer scare in my teens; I didn’t tell my parents; and I don’t know why I did that…

Could be stress, could be drugs, could be genetic in basement. I honestly can’t say. Something to talk to your treatment providers about. Following their direction is the best way to minimize this in the future.

some substances trigger me. But also loneliness and isolation. For me it came on slow and I was re-wiring my brain with paranoia. The more attention I paid to bad news the more I wired myself to be fearful. I was coping with addictions and those can eventually fail which happened to me and left me in a pit. But I think there are other causes too.

Schizophrenia is a mystery for the most part. The medications target dopamine (and sometimes other brain receptors) so it probably has to do with some sort of dopamine imbalance in your brain.
