What kind of cake should I make?

So it’s my birthday in a couple days… and I’m baking myself a cake (because I want to) but idk what kind to make! I am already making a small pb&j cake but I want to make another small one. Here are the options-

  • Pistachio
  • Earl gray
  • Coffee
  • Caramel pretzel

So I have a different cake. It’s really good. Make two 8 inch white cakes. Mix some vanilla buttercream maybe a cups worth with a small tub of cool whip. put a thin layer of frosting on layer one and cover with drained canned peaches. I prefer peaches in heavy syrup, but if you must use peaches in juice then go ahead, just drain very well. Add the top and frost with the remaining frosting. Serve immediately.

This cake is prone to collapse because the peaches are so slippery, that’s why if I’m going to be traveling with it I take the components and make it at the party.
