Medication is on the top of my list right now.
I see a counsellor who is also a coach, work on CBT and mindfulness. I also research nutrition and am on supplements that are positive for schizophrenia. I get good sleep and when my mind goes awol I try to calm it down with meditation. When I have an acute episode I stay in bed and try to stay calm. When I am well, I enjoy staying busy building relationships and contributing to others wellbeing through healthy positive relationships.
