What is your self care routine?

For me it’s a nice shower and nice smelling lotion

Agreed— taking a good shower and using a nice body scrub and shaving my legs, etc., and a deep conditioning hair treatment as well.

A good-smelling lotion is a must :+1:.

I also like to use my face cream as well.

…If I’m feeling really extra, I will do sunless tan (this is rare though as sunless tan can be a pain sometimes, lol).

brush my teeth morning and night…shower about every three days…if I get sweaty like every day in summer I will take a shower every other day…exercise in the back yard walking for thirty mins…still doing upper body isometrics to strength my biceps and shoulders and chest.

I always shower and brush my teeth before work, though I never brush my teeth before bed, and I rarely shower or brush my teeth on days off. If I didn’t work I know my hygiene would be much worse

Oh there is already a topic I’ll delete mine, think it subconsciously came to me after seeing this.

I pick up everything from the floor. Tend to be minimalistic so it’s easy to clean. Throw everything in the washing machine when it’s dirty and spin when it’s full, so I can have clean clothes always.

Shower in the morning and put some moisturiser on my face when I leave the house. Also use a deodorant stick thing and some spray.

Buy groceries every 3 days and mostly healthy stuff and try to stick to that food

Attend to my dog.care and love for him.

Then coffee and date biscuit.

Then youtube movements of body is something im hoping to do daily.

Then beeakfast .

Then walk half a hour.

Then shower and brush teeth.

Change underwear daily and shower daily and brusg teeth daily.

Also try to drink water with spirulina n chlorella n so once a week at least if remember.(mat have to write down as reminder)

Mornings: shower, wash hair every few days, shave every few days, brush teeth, lotion face, sunscreen all exposed skin…

Bedtime: shower if needed, floss and brush teeth, wash face, use face peel stuff every few days, lotion face, apply eye cream, lip moisturizer…

There are days that I skip showering in the morning, if I am struggling that day. Sometimes, that happens two days in a row. But I try not to go past two days of no shower. I feel so gross and embarrassed.
