Success is whatever state of being an individual has decided makes them content, and reaching that state.
I’m not a success in the minds of very educated and wealthy people whose idea of success is reaching the top of those aspirations. I am a success to those who just want the simplest things and no more.
It’s up to the individual to determine whether they are a success or not. We should never put others aspirations into ourselves.

My tenants are still paying their rent and my property managers are very amicable, thankyou. I attribute all of this to God.
Being able to earn enough to get by and have a work/life balance which a lot of people lack.

Yeah one of my dad’s friends has 7 rental props in Alberta. Not doing so well at the moment I believe due to the situation. That would be stress
Success is enjoying the process. Being ok with sucking at things and enjoying the process of getting better.
Being content with a little or a lot.
Being around good people.
Being able to have a laugh with others and at yourself.
And chocolate milkshakes. A life without that is a no good.

@MrSquirrel, No, just get yourself a good property management company. I use P J Morgan. They are worth it. They will save you a lot of missed rent payments.

No, Monster. It sucked. Don’t do that.
For me it’s just being physically able to do what I love doing, shooting films or dreaming about them.
The bigger dream is to learn it so well I can teach others one day. Especially inner city kids, or kids in rural areas who don’t have access to fancy equipment and schools.
