I just had a couple of glasses of eggnog, and damn they were good. Pecan pie is another favorite of mine. I have to watch out, or I will gain a lot of weight over Christmas.

We are in a semi tropical environment so it’s cold cuts and salad…and seafood so favorite is prawns/shrimp…some really good tiger prawns are the go!

It’s usually pool weather. Have too much of everything then jump in the pool. Sadly my sister has split with her husband so no pool this year!

We are having Mexican food on X-Mas. Cheese tamales, cheese enchiladas, Chile Renelos, and carnitas tacos.
We are doing the traditional Turkey and stuffing for Thanksgiving though. Love me a roasted turkey!

My mom makes beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and other fixings for Christmas dinner. That’s probably my favorite all-time meal.

I don’t think it is a traditional Christmas food, I may be wrong. For me it is warm Dutch Apple pie with vanilla ice cream on top.
This year I’m trying to eat healthy. Thanksgiving and Christmas will be difficult with all the good food around.
