My dream is to work as a software developper, computer engineer or IT. IT is more realistic as I am good at it and my brother is an IT. Maybe open an IT office with my brother.

I would use the money so I could live off of 2-3k a month for the rest of my life. After I pass, give it to my family or brother/nieces.

You should start by streaming video games and get known by followers. You can also make money from your Youtube videos. Professional gaming is very competetive.
