Whats your coping skills
I ignore all fear related to anxiety and now I am anxiety free…trick I learned from therapy…very helpful…

I tend to my stress level. Stress builds up and is cumulative. Stress triggers my symptoms. I do things to mitigate stress as a matter of habit. I get as much sleep as I can up to 8 hours, I try to eat 3 balanced meals a day, I stay hydrated, I take vitamins, before the heat stated I was walking on a regular basis and I’m about to start riding my recumbent bike daily for exercise, and I do things to relax myself like stretching and listening to music.
