Morningstar Farms black bean burgers. They are only 110 calories and they fill me up for only 250 calories when you add the two slices of bread. I eat them at least four times a week, usually more. I buy the 8 pack when I get them because I go through them fast.
Also Quaker strawberries and cream instant oatmeal. Two pouches are only 260 calories, which is okay for breakfast on a 1200-1400 calorie diet, and they fill me up until lunch.
I don’t eat beef for a diet and other reasons. Do you recommend bean burgers for me??? Sounds good actually. I love beans.
Bread. Butter. Eggs. Rice. Beans. Veggies sometimes. Apples.
Rye bread. I have a ton of toppings in the freezer, so I normally just need bread to get me through the week.
I like the ones with sunflower seeds

It’s often milk. Just wondering what kind of milk to you folks buy? I buy 1%. I dont pay more for organic though. Aldi’s and Walmart usually have the best price currently 1.79 at aldi’s.
I got reduced milk this time. I think that’s 2%. The perfect blend of flavor and good health.
