Yes when in interview I said I will work if it’s only day shift.
Because my doc said strict no for night shift
people will be jealous over things like that
but shifts to each according to need and from each according to ability
But my pay is very low !
Lol I am the most senior as per age 
Even senior manager are younger than me

yes they seem to be paying you low because you reported disability, so they think you will not produce at high level
At the interview they asked me why am I accepting low pay.
I was straight forward as there are many gaps at work no one is hiring
prove yourself to be effective employee and negotiate more at contract

I overheard at workplace because everyone wants higher pay because of which no one turned up yesterday
I am trying my best
i know it is not that easy to just perform well
but try your best and if people like you maybe they will be merciful eventually

I always hear about volunteering I too volunteered in farming in hydroponic it was interesting. Try planting few pants if it’s getting successful you can try micro greens.

Micro greens are the fastest profit stream.
Its growth time and sale time should not be more than one week.
You need to plan logistics very well.
Because if they are overgrown no one would like the taste.
