Yes, whenever I apply I reveal my disability. In the last few roles I applied it says I need to have a mental health condition, the role is for peer support worker. So if I get one of them I will be supporting others with mental health.

I hope I get one of them. One is supporting others with mental health and another one is supporting others with autism. I donât have experience but with training I want to give it a go.

I think you sound commend yourself as the MH team donât offer them normally. I have never been offered a role.

I think itâs a new service and it isnât offered everywhere. I never got a peer support worker, but maybe itâs my chance to give that to someone.

I havenât been offered ⌠I just applied like everyone else so whether I get it or not is down to them. You apply like you apply to any other job.

Sometimes I think as per my experience in hallucinations and delusion. This things are wantedly made which is possible by humans and some possibilities are by who knows what they are called !
I can feel there is human touch in some relationship.
Rest is all inside my head ! Possible.
But there is a third varient not quite sure ! Today at work I was just thinking of the third varient and laughing and wondering.

I have no clue manager and team leader all took leave 
oops not leave absconding!! As per the client!
Who will run the process 
I feel they could have taken leave because of me !
Client gave me a huge lead in the process and everyone is pissed off !
One thing they donât know is I carry 6 years experience plus work half the salary they used to pay in my previous organisation.
But still ! People hate me

Office politics is actually tough to define. Probably there are different politics in various workplaces. Politics in one setting would be the unfolding of dramas of conflicting persons, but in another it could be about union and management, but then in another it could be about different management schools trying to get control over the destiny of a company. It depends what you mean when you refer to office politics.
