- Staring at the yard, wall or uneventful object
- Figuring out what to do in the future, should my symptoms improve
- Avoiding painful experiences delegated by my parents
- Hoping for society to improve, to the point that children persist
- Finding peace in the way I can shape my own mind
- Reading useful or high level information, like prepping awareness, real history, or Miyamoto Musashi, as of lately
- Posting random things, on random topics, on a random site, I mean here
- Spending time with my pets, 1 cat and 2 dogs
If you want to be interested in something, then read up on history and try to change something about your life that reflects what rhymes to you from (past) people’s history.
The modern world has shrunken, not expanded people’s awareness. Interesting things lost in history are infinite in depth, if you have the right lens for it.

What kind of art ?
I remember that it was very calmful to work with soap stone, you need not much place, you can do it everywhere…
Remembering a 5 letter work, that one was broken by a stupid guy, another one was a little ornament, an endless knot to wear round your neck, it was a present to a friendly guy

I feel like the arts as a whole are really underrepresented. Whether its writing, music or painting/drawing they are all very expressive and help get out negative feelings. I would encourage you to try a bunch of artistic stuff and see what you enjoy.
It’s never too late to learn an instrument or how to paint etc. They are very learnable skills and once you spend enough time learning how to do stuff you can spend a lot of time expressing yourself.

I like Computer stuff like social media, website, Canva, AI music/Video
this is probably my favourite thing, I like Larping, Radio Production, Keyboard is my favourite instrument so far, I like Arts/Crafts as well.

What I want to be my hobbies 
Horse riding twice a week.
Swimming twice a week.
Pump twice a week.
Solo Dance once a week.
Partner dance once a week such as rock n roll .
Crewchette and knitting.
Baking .n cooking.
Reading and learning interesting things.
Craft like pottery or woodwork or so.
Gardening .
Skinny dips playing in own pool.
And possibly some more things.
What i actually do ……
Horse ride once a year but could go once a month if the people were nicer and didn’t take my time n etc
Go for a dip a few times a year.
Pump once a month if that…
Bake and cook once a week so that’s good.

Gaming on the wheel and tennis I do. I’ve played tennis ever since I was a teenager.
It’s mostly gaming these days with gran Turismo and my wheel set up, but I do tennis every weekend
I have a great Wilson tennis racket, lasted me over 10 years

I build keyboards! Currently I built five keyboards that I have customized to my needs.
Also I draw, and I have an array of drawing supplies that I bought with my own money. Since I discovered that I have mania, I decided to cut my spending and getting my mom to help me to save.
