A few years ago, I came across 4 pages of my diagnosis letter from when I got discharged in 2013…

It scared me straight med wise

There were things on there I did not realise, and it was pretty damning about my mental state at the time

I do not want to be like that again

I would be curious to read the notes of a couple of doctors I have dealt with. One psychiatrist in particular, caused me so much grief I wrote a letter of complaint to the hospital.
