Just tell me what did help you with your OCD (obsessive compusilve disorder) Please
My pdoc put me on buspirone, 30 mg twice daily to try to combat it, but it didn’t help. I get all OCD on something that’s terrible. I don’t want to get into it other than to say that. I also have OCD issues with shopping. I much prefer shopping to the other. The terrible thing hasn’t shown its face since last summer. I am scared it will come back.

Nothing helps in my case.its a complication because of alergies :((
I heard that ssri and anxiolitics are good in treating OCD.
There are also another approaches besides medication…but i dont know much about them…
