I can’t wait to watch Arizona State vs Michigan State. It will be exciting to see how good ASU is this year under Herm Edwards.

I watched the Oklahoma vs UCLA game. Oklahoma looked pretty good, and I think they’ll get better. The Oklahoma quarterback looks good - he’s very mobile in and out of the pocket, and he knows how to buy time while he waits for receivers to come open. His passing is good, but there could be some improvement on his accuracy. He will gain confidence as the season progresses. OU also has more of a running game than they did last year. The OU quarterback ran for two touchdowns himself. Their defense is looking better than last year’s defense too. I think the final score was OU - 49, UCLA - 21.

I watched the CU vs Nebraska game today. It was amazing. Hope you enjoy the Arizona State vs. Michigan State game. I’m going to bed now at 6 pm. Excited for the NFL tomorrow.

I think they’re ranked sixth or seventh in the nation. They could move up in the polls after this win. I’m a little wary of OU being ranked this high this early in the season. It seems like every time they’re ranked high at the beginning of the season they mess up. It was that way under Barry Switzer, and it was that way under Bob Stoops. I’m hoping Lincoln Riley can navigate them through these perilous waters.

So far I think it’s 17 to 0. Before this Alabama was over Arkansas State by like 60 points.

It seems to be that way. They’ve come to expect national championships in OU country. But how a team is ranked this early in the season really doesn’t mean much. A lot can happen during the season.

went over to my friends place earlier and he had on the purdue-eastern Michigan game on. he is a purdue alum. purdue got upset.
also I just turned on 700 wlw on iheart radio. I was anticipating baseball talk but they’re calling the university Cincinnati- Miami oh game. dan hoard is calling the game, I think he does a good job. he keeps it exciting. Cincinnati was pretty good when they were in the big east…they were able to get more recruits. now that they’re in the American conference they’re not as competitive.
Cool. My sister is a Purdue alum. Did they win? I think considering it’s Purdue they’re pretty good this year.

they got upset. they were kind of flat and had like 6 fumbles. I think the weather did them in, it’s been raining all day.
my buddy sounded optimistic about their season, he said they just had a top 25 recruiting class. they’re playing a lot of freshman and sophomores he says.
they were good when I was growing up. they had two or three pro quarterbacks in a row under head coach joe tiller, now deceased. my buddy said they got rid of Tiller because they had higher aspirations then just being a top 25 team.
