What do you with your day

what do you do…

I drink coffee in the morning. I usually walk on the treadmill and take a shower. I spend a lot of time online watching videos and checking this site. I sometimes do laundry or wash dishes. I occasinoally drive to the convenience store and get a soda. Nothing too exciting.

I perseverate on all that needs doing and do none of it. I prepare for supper (somehow that is something I can do even on bad days) except not today because I’m taking the kids out for supper for my daughter’s birthday. Currently I’m drinking a coffee and deciding what to do if anything.

I wake up…eat breakfast. go workout. come home eat again. then sit around all day. then I do the dishes and clean the kitchen in the evening. and go to bed. classes will be starting up in January and im going to try to start playing my guitar again. I have a hard time getting motivated to play the guitar these days.

My guitar sits in my closet desperately needing to be restrung.

I wake up. Feel hungover. Take my meds and supplements and a large coffee.

Then I sit down on the couch. And flick between my rss news app and this site for the rest of the day while having music video channels on tv as background noise.

I get up from the couch every 20 minutes or so and open the door to vape my ecig.

Periodically I worry about the future. Or what could have been.

And that’s a typical day.

I think I watch too much Star Trek and Star Gate. Really should get a life.

I mostly sit around and watch TV shows, sometimes I hang with my friend, but we mostly sit around as well.

On the days that I work I feel useful and occupied. I do data entry. I usually feel good. In the evening I have nothing to do.
On my days off, I have appointments. I eat out, alone or with a friend. I am starting to go the a gym. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I will be with my family. I read books and write often.
What I need most, and badly, is something to get out of bed for in the morning. Today I slept about 12 hours overnight. Some days I look at my schedule and I have nothing to do.
We need things to do everyday. I don’t understand why we are under such a deficit. Just like you, I am working on it.

I have iced coffee, I read news sites, I read this site, I waste another 9 hours, boom, time for sleep

Sleep late and work as a janitor 3 hours in the evening.

Worked from 8-5. Just finishing supper, will do dishes, do some maintenance on my station, work on a therapy book, and go to bed. So exciting.

Wake up drink 3 cups of coffee watch tv shower cook a supper read a book go to bed.

I get gym membership on 27th
