To me, eating meat is an animal sacrifice and should be viewed with minimalism and reverence.

Judaism is the religion,so that would be the school of thought. Jewish would be the ethnicity, and there are different types of Jews. But it all kinda gets mashed together in a way. But I am not an expert on it, Iām not Jewish so I donāt want to speak for them.
Thanks @Headspark that clears up a lot. I guess the confusion for me comes from the fact that I am French on my Motherās side, and Scottish on my Fatherās in this example, but to me I am neither French nor Scottish. Iām Canadian
