I’ve had several attempts at trying more vegetarian food. The vast majority was so crap it went in the bin. I’d certainly eat more vegetarian stuff if didn’t taste so awful.
As for bacon- Oscar Mayer.

Bacon is so bad for you, so I try to avoid it.
My husband’s dizziness has some food triggers, which he figured out a decade ago. Some of his triggers include: pig bacon, pepperoni, ham, too much alcohol, any caffeine - so no chocolate, tea, coffee, or caffeinated sodas. There may be a few other things that I forgot.
So, we don’t eat pig bacon in our house. The occasional turkey bacon is OK, though.
I hate bacon, its good for heart diseases though haha
I prefer ham, its much lower in cholesterol and fat.
I was never allowed pork growing up. I eat pork as often as it’s around these days. Bacon is awesome. I don’t know why people choose to live without it.
I’ve got a t-shirt that says, “Either you like bacon or you’re wrong!”.
Just a bit of cheeky humour. I don’t buy a lot of bacon, but I do love it on Caesar salads and on a hamburger it’s bonus.
I don’t really have a problem with eating meat as long as the animal had a decent life while alive. It’s the Mass-scale production farms that I have a problem with.
Being half Jewish,
Bacon was controversial in my house.
Now that I’m an adult person that can do what I want,
I find bacon WAY overrated.
They put it in everything, on top of burgers, in milkshakes, dipped in chocolate, etc…
It’s not that great.
I’m an enthusiastic bacon eater. Raised my own pigs and I will happily continue eating pork. Those little sons of… You know… Are awful.
I don’t eat pork I’m Muslim. Ishama malakeem.
I’ve always liked bacon, but I have had some brands that are awful I especially like apple wood smoked bacon.
Bacon and eggs and a toast of bread, I must have cooking it down to a science by now
Oh, good. More for me.
I’m technically completely Jewish as it’s matrilineal. I still say pass the pork. And put some diary on it to make the rabbi break out in extra hives.
I am now seeing a rabbit in the Orthodox fashion.
No fair, you fixed the typo.
Autocorrect is not my friend.
We’d be better off if rabbits were in charge.
It is.
My father is Jewish, so I’m what we call:
Not Jewish enough for the Jews, but Jewish enough for the Nazis.
Oy vey.
Is it a bad time to point out how tasty rabbit is as well?
I’m one of those former-church-going-Jews. Until mom broke her wrist at church.
She couldn’t cook bacon and eggs anymore
And we stopped going to church
And she sued the church for shitty sidewalks
So I taught myself to cook breakfast at ten years old. That was the first meal I learned how to cook
My sister said she relates more with her Jewish heritage even though we were raised Catholic. Didn’t quite understand why though.
Since I was baptized confirmed due to mom being Catholic
I relate equally to both my upbringings. Aka not much at all.
Eastern philosophy is the way I try and live
It is what it is. 🧘♂️
We never didn’t eat bacon tho. Thnx dad who loves bacon
you dont really save any animals by becoming vegan, only if the whole world was vegan and meat production was halted would animals be saved. one person becoming vegan has no effect on animals lives because theyre going to be slaughtered mass produce and sold regardless of if a percent of people refuse to eat it. itll just be somebody else eating it instead of said vegan, there will always be a high demand for meat so the numbers of animals dying wont change much
