I just asked my psychiatrist for benzos… I was as it was in the past through force in hospital… But actually it is not the way my doctor just said go the antipsychotic route its safer

Sure Benzos have a role in emergency situations like if they are administered by the doctors if you are in a vulnerable situation

Doctors know I’m doing too much stress vulnerability model = we must avoid stress
I’ve had stress for a year which is usually known to be hospital for months
At the moment I’m cashing in on all the care in the community I can… Because they i’m not always going to give you hospital beds so making sure I need to get support and therapy that kind of thing
My husband and I are both Aspergers
Hoping to get some communication counselling
I run a small theatre company
I wrote several things including a full-length play which I have got funding from the big lottery £10,000 plus another 10,000 on the way
fingers crossed but hoping that we will get it
Luck is with me financially in general
