Whether my delusions are real or not I haven’t the foggiest. They all seem very real to me.

None really. I have long periods of wellness and then every now and then i go into severe and deep psychosis with hundreds of constant delusions and hallucinations. At those times i definitely need to be in hospital otherwise it would be super dangerous. But i guess im lucky that for the most part I’m well a lot of the time. Aside from pretty bad social anxiety and a bit of depression here and there.
My delusions usually revolve around me thinking that im unearthing some big conspiracy which constantly changes. Its not just one solid conspiracy that i latch on to. Any slight ordeal or occurence will completely alter what i think its all about. So all in all ive probably had thousands of different delusions over the years.
Like what i mean is one moment it might be aliens, another it might be angels and demons, vampires. Everyone might be part of some fascist baby sacrificing cult. Crazy bikies might be hunting me. Wizards are secretly everywhere and im finally seeing the magical side of reality. Im some kind of messiah. Im a demigod. The list is endless. If you can think it, I’ve probably momentarily suspected it could have been real at some point while unwell lol.

Not really a delusion but sone paranoid thoughts about covid. I just shrug it off
