Mine are frequently violent in nature. But I also have them telling me to act like I don’t know the answer to things. To play dumb. To stand on that tile.
I have one that gets loud and says “not listening not listening not listening” when I’m trying to have a conversation with someone,

Mine tell not to talk to people, not to trust them. Tell me to be nice or their get you. Tell me what to say, correct my speech and how to dress.

Sometimes strange things like not to eat a certain thing, or don’t talk to specific people. Sometimes they have me avoid a specific person at work.
Other things I won’t specify due to triggers but often they are commanding violent things towards myself or others. But I would never act in a violent way to another person.
What I can and can’t say to the doctors is another common one I have.

My voices tell me to kill myself They tell me to stab and hang myself. I’ve listened to them and took a knife and tried stabbing myself. I didn’t hurt myself that much cause the pain stopped me from doing any damage.

I get command ideas of reference to be a good girl and not a bad one. Like command messages. The messages are constantly trying to shape my behavior for the good. These messages are also always telling me to practice my piano. They have goals in mind for me. I believe these messages are real and not hallucinations.

The only one I got once was just casually telling me I needed to kill a bum. The only thing was, there was no bum nearby, so then I was afraid of being attacked by a random bum from the shadows!

I once got told to make a loaf of sandwiches for a bum that lived near a dumpster. I was told he would be there so I went there to give it to him. But he wasn’t there so I just left it there.
I was told to walk around in a random forest in the dark because the voice said he had some stuff to show me. I saw the tree of life and the tree of good and evil. It was also in a sketchy part of town
I was told to go sprinting at a track and field oval at 6am as I was supposedly going to need to run away from bad people very quickly.
And probably 100 other commands I listened to…
Serious ones like cut yourself
Or stupid ones like don’t finish yout tea or else. Or turn the page of the magazine back. I can’t concentrate on magazines by now with my sz breakdown
