I always was very obsessive and tried to learn things to always grow as a person. I was lost in life and was searching for a purpose. That’s when my first psychosis hit me. Oh, and I was stressed from school and used weed. But I don’t think I have schizophrenia because I don’t meet all the criteria. I have no negative symptoms. I have looked at all the diagnosis of psychosis and I can’t find one that matches me. Sometimes I think I have had some paranormal experiences idk im lost!

Imma just chalk it up to neurodiversity:

What if not all brains were built the same?

Perhaps it’s a natural variation in brain structure or chemicals or something.

Environment, stress, and substances can all trigger the illness.

The condition is just a part of nature, having a different brain and all, but society is far too ill-equipped and misinformed to manage such a variance.

I dunno, just my two cents :upside_down_face:

For me, it was Ecstasy (the drug).

I was attacked, and then started seeing black shadows. Trauma induced, but it doesn’t bother me anymore. In fact, I’m still learning from it. No regrets, I make my own meaning in life.

For me it was genetics, weed, severe trauma, and severe stress all at once.
