Feel like people are always plotting against me, even when I’m semi safe this character who hates me says he’ll put people in my body and make me pay. What can I do?
Either try or adjust medication…not much else to do. 
I feel like people are conspiring against me to. Shutting the curtains, breathing and music helps me.
