What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

I’m going over to my sister and her husbands house. My sister’s daughter is driving into town from Indiana with her two teenage kids. It’s supposed to be a surprise for me but my sister told me about it already so, I have to act surprised. My niece is bringing her new husband along and I’m going to meet him for the first time. I usually get paranoid around my family during holidays so, I have no idea how all this is going to turn out. Please pray for me.

My mom wants to work for another family on Thanksgiving despite the fact that she’s receiving a 200,000 dollar settlement. I wish she’d just stay home and eat with us.

Good luck to you on your apparently crowded holiday!

Good luck on your holiday! Hope paranoia doesn’t get too bad. We are doing what we always do and are having thanksgiving with other transplants that don’t have family in the area.

First day, going to my fiancées family’s that’s kind of a pot luck.

Day after that is thanksgiving with my family, we have a brined turkey this year I’m excited for.

My daughter is bringing friends home to stay with us from Tuesday night until Sunday morning. I’m really anxious about it and feel that everything has to be perfect. I’ve been cleaning like a nut, but today I’m on hiatus as I am sick. I hope I’m better by Thursday.

I’m going to help serve the homeless in the city where I’m from. Last year we served 170 people. Going to be a great day. :grinning:

Either go to my sister’s if we don’t get hit with a huge storm or just go with my dad to a church for dinner.
