What are your dreams like?

Ask my sleep paralysis demon lol

I’m not consciously aware of my dreams. All I see is the voices harassing me while I sleep. They even try to make fake dreams for me to watch. I do think I have dreams, but I’m unable to experience them. Looking forward to getting this under control.

My dreams usually end up turning bad. They have been a bit better lately. Not sure why.

Often times, mine are boring. I dream of washing and folding laundry, cleaning, and making dinner. I wish mine were better more regularly.

I’ve considered making a video game of my dreams, a first person experience where go from dream to dream. I’ve had some really intense dreams and if I could bring them to life in a video game that would be awesome. It often fascinates me how creative we are when we dream. The brain can seldom make up as original stuff when you’re awake.

I just had my first nightmare in years after reducing my AP from 5 to 3mg risperidone, I wonder if its a sign of psychosis.

@anon67051439 why did you reduce the meds? To see if you could handle it?

I was originally on 3mg but had anger issues so we went up to 6mg then 5mg. I was on 5mg for a while. A week ago I reduced to 3mg to have more energy, I have no sz symptoms and no anger issues this time but got my first nightmare in years, I wokeup and my heart was racing. I am thinking now that I was used to the nightmares back when I was on 3mg.

Wet dreams?

I remember my first one at 13 years old. Had no idea what was going on. Confusing times for sure.
