I just ate a bunch of strawberry flavored yogurt. I know this kind of yogurt has a lot of sugar in it, but I look at it as a desert. I eat yogurt instead of ice cream. Yogurt has more protein.
For dinner tonight, I had decaf coffee, a roll with butter, creamy potato and bacon soup, a small salad with blue cheese dressing, a baked potato with sour cream and butter, salt and pepper, green beans, a battered and fried chicken thigh, and a thick, chewy sugar cookie. Yum, yum.
I just had noodles this morning…
Vegetable beef soup. A slice of chocolate cream pie. About 2 hours ago.
Ramen. Just ramen. Nothing but ramen.

At this job I had these two girls were trying to do Sandler impressions to me. They said they’d make me laugh. I didn’t. Poor girls.

For supper I will have oats with raisins and cinnamon

Poached egg on toast for breakfast. Probably an apple and half a cup of cottage cheese for lunch. Butter chicken on top of jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk for supper.

With a side of garlic bread
I had a gigantic croissant which had powdered sugar and almonds on it and a filling that tasted good too.
A “lunch-sized” pepperoni, salami and bell pepper pizza. It was good but too greasy and too salty. I usually get veggie pizza so I guess I’m not used to the grease and salt.
