My leftover fajitas didn’t quite warm over very well so I’m having goldfish crackers and a fruit by the foot.

I eat almost the same thing everyday.
first its a smoothie either blueberry or cherry chocolate almond…today is blueberry
followed by a cup of granola, (pumpkin seeds, raisins, oatmeal
dinnertime is a big salad with fish Mon, Wed, Fri or rice and beans all other days.
I actually like eating the same things everyday as it simplifies my life quite a bit, on rare occasions I make soup
I haven’t eaten today. The paranoia+the negatives+ food anxiety won’t let me
I’m sorry. I’ve totally been there. I hope you’re able to push through and eat something soon.
I had burger and chips from a take away resturant

I took a picture of what I cooked for dinner earlier tonight. Chicken quesadillas I just burned the tortillas slightly.
I just ate an orange that I shared with my dog.

Nothing at the moment. I am drinking cold decaf coffee. Yuck.
Lately I’ve been eating a ketogenic diet so mostly bacon eggs chicken salad blah blah blah. It helps with fat loss tho so that’s good.
I have been having a belvita breakfast bar for breakfast and sometimes with fruit and always with coffee.
For lunch I usually have a salad n meat bread roll and weight watchers bar or just one of them.
For dinner we usually have meat n vegetables in different variations such as spaghetti bolognese,pizza, sausages with pasta n veg, bbq, roast dinner, tacos , Laksa, etc

I ate marinated pork fryed. And mashed potato today.
But its been two weeks since i had a meal. I keep myself alive with sandwhidges.
Ground lamb. And sausage. I figure if I clog my arteries now, I won’t have to take the trouble to do it in the future.
