What are worse for you delusions, or voices/hallucinations

Wondering which one caused more impairment with you? For me it was definitely religious delusions I had that messed me up.

Voices were the ones that caused the delusions, so I’d say the voices. I would never have passed any heed if it wasn’t for the voices confirming my suspicions

Almost impossible with therapy to get past them, we need meds for it definitely.

Delusions; at least i can fight my voices. Im just completely powerless when im deluded

I guess delusions since I don’t hallucinate. I suffered thinking nothing was real for 5-6 years due to severe DP/DR. Things looked like Nintendo 64 VR lol.

Yeah definitely delusions. I’ve never had hallucinations just perceptual distortions or self disorder with perceptual qualities or internal voices.

I think delusions are worse. They destroy your insight. Having both at the same time is even worse, now you got commands being issued and you got no insight to deny them with!

Voices for sure. With them I feel that I have no privacy. There’s a running commentary on my looks, intelligence, etc. Lately things have been quiet as I got an increase in my Invega. I really hope it lasts.

Voices because i feel frightened when i hear them. I had voices arguing between themselves and cursing.

Definitely the delusions. The hallucinations were definitely disturbing and attention grabbing, but the delusions made me act in ways i wouldn’t normally act.

Both, but I think the hallucinations bother me more.
They convince me to do all kinds of things that I do not want to do.
