What about coffe?

I love coffee so much, taste smell the fact it is warm, and it makes me feel much better. I wish I could drink more of it than I do but I drink maybe 1 max 3 cups a day, above that I start thinking way too rapidly.

i switch between coffee, tea, energy drinks/powders, and caffeine pills every week or so

Thank you everyone for your insighr, i was a bit affraid coffe would agitate me or i will not fall asleep. Ir all went fine and coffe was good.

I used to drink coffee but i got to lazy to wash the coffee cup and get it so ive just been having a Monster. Drink every morning

I use the pot for days without cleaning.

I feel coffee in moderation isn’t bad for most people. I drink only one cup a day to avoid anxiety.

I believe being caffeine free is the optimal choice for mental health though. But I understand it’s hard to quit completely, me included.
