Sometimes I want to show solidarity to fellow site users, say if they are going through a hard time.
I press the ‘like’ button to give support but a ‘dislike’ or ‘I empathise’ would be better.
Just a thought.

@Jimbob Do u use Facebook…cuz i don’t…
this forum iz like facebook for me…
Hey @far_cry0 . Yeah I use Facebook but don’t really post stuff. Mostly just share funny articles.
Like you the vast majority of Internet time is spent here. Here I can speak out honest
Facebook is a place where you get to meet all of the people you’ve purposely ignored your whole life, all in one site.
Hey!..
What’s shakin, @anon9798425? Anything new to report?
It’s friday and I have fuzzy hair.
Fuzzy hair is cool…so is Friday. Sounds like you’re doing okay then.
I agree with patrick, too negative and can start unnecessary conflict
Another forum I go on has hug, like and thanks options.
It’s that kind of thing I was thinking of. The Facebook stuff seems to work well.
I need positivity.
Any negativity can put me into a tail spin.
I use to worry about likes and that no one liked me, so they must hate me and I go off on that and get nowhere.
Facebook introduces Angry and several others…but as far as I remember, there is no Dislike button. (The FB users can, however, use button like “Angry” to express disliking of a post)
Just log in to my company’s facebook, it is confirmed no “dislike” button, but 5 others: Love, Haha, Wow, Sad, Angry.(besides Like)
I think a hug button would be nice.
what about a kiss icon lol
hugs before kisses
i would have used it there if i had one haha x
These emoticons can get pretty graphic.
i forgot about those emoticons lol
