What a difference a day makes

I haven’t had much sleep recently, and yesterday I was so tired I was a zombie.
I couldn’t focus, I had weird thoughts, kept hearing my name, kept nodding off.

I went to bed early and slept for like 9 hours, and I can feel my mood has improved already.

That meme I saw is really true, the one that said “going to sleep is the human version of ‘have you tried turning it off and on again?’”


Sounds good. I feel cheated if I sleep too much but it really is something we need. I’m glad your feeling a bit better this morning.

Yeah if I sleep more than 10 hours, I wake up feeling like I got hit by a train.
