I had a bowl of frosted shredded wheat and a glass of apple cider and a glass of fresh squeezed orange/grapefruit juice.

I had piece of honey wheat bread, glass of vegetable juice and my vitamins and supplements thats all, also my medication i take in the morning.
i had special K original cereal like i have every morning =D
