my nurse who took my vitals before I saw the doctor told me it would probably be like two years before the vaccine is available…when the doctor came in and the nurse left I asked the doctor if that was true and he said absolutely not…
I trust Drs more than nurses and therapists for some reason, maybe because they have a better medical background.
It’s not going to be 2 years before the vaccine is available to you…
I’m glad your dr thinks otherwise
It will most likely be available this Spring for most people. @jukebox
In my state, they are currently scheduling into April for the high risk groups. So if we are averaging 2-3 months per phase, I think we will all be vaccinated by the end of the year at the latest.
@supernova Im obese and have difficulty breathing pre-COVID. Do you think I can get an early shot
You would be in phase 1c, which is the next phase.
My friends and I are hoping everyone can be vaccinated by June, so we can have Pride this year.
What kind of weirdo nurse says something like that?
Obviously it won’t take that long.
