And my meds look different I’m guessing from a different manufacturer. I wonder if this could be why I’m symptomatic.

I had a bad experience with a particular brand of Aripiprazole (i.e. generic Abilify).
So it’s definitely possible.

You can go to drugs.com and see pictures of the medicine to see if it’s the right one.

It is always possible that a mistake was made when the new pharmacy filled your prescription. You could bring the bottle back and show them.
