The good news is I am not suffering from dementia. More the symptoms are caused by anxiety, depression, poor eating habits, chronic pain. So I’m going to see an OT about a special pillow to help with pain at night. And going to see.a nutritionist to help with eating regularly jot just in the evening.
Good luck! I’m really glad to hear it’s not dementia. That must be a load off!
Sounds like things are looking up. Good luck
Glad to hear it isn’t dementia. If you can, tryexercising. My symptoms improve while exercising.

I’m hoping this med change will help
For sure. The doctors thought I had Lou Gehrig’s disease…ugh. They finally realized it was uncontrolled arthritis. It took so long to figure out. I was like stop telling me what I don’t have and tell me what I do so we can fix it. Sometimes the medical team is too much. I’m so glad you don’t have dimentia. My father in law has it and it has been rough for the family.
Glad you are okay.
It is very difficult to get proper physical care with sza. My family dr does nothing
Thanks @anon78876561 and @GrayBear
