Got pretty noided out on the way back from mums. Had been watching John wick so kinda felt the Russian mafia was out to get me.
I don’t think it is anything to worry about though. Just par for the course for a paranoid person who doesn’t go out much.
I don’t get paranoid much anymore even when I go out. But I hate going out. I find it stressful.

Yeah it was good thanks! I don’t think my little paranoia episode was all done to the reduced meds - I think it comes from not having gone out in weeks. Progress not perfection!
