Well stick me with a fork

The last time I got weighed was early July. I’ve been feeling like my clothes are getting baggy and a few people have remarked I look like I’ve lost weight. Well today I finally remembered to pick up batteries for the scale. I’ve lost 22 lbs without really giving it much attention.
I’m pretty pleased about that.

I’ll bet getting off the scales for awhile helped. They can get to be an obsession. I lost my weight without effort, too. But I was exercising.

I look thinner but I’m not sure if it shows up on the scale. It’s strange.

I have no idea. Just ate smaller quantities but I really just havent been hungry and eating less meat

Trust me chew you are looking trim. You must have put on muscle, that weighs more

I had 35 ticks on me by July 10th or so this year. But haven’t had one since. They must be hibernating. They come in cycles and this was the worst year. I also walk around the neighborhood and the “flat” as you would call it lol :joy:. I’m usually standing and walking but I did go on a long hike today lol. More worried about the snakes now.
