i’ve been putting away about $200 month. at first i didn’t think i would get anybody gifts next christmas, but i should have enough to get everybody a christmas gift if i keep up the savings.
the rest i will pay to mom and dad to help cover the mortgage on my place. im buying it from them rent to own, should be mine by 2026.
