Hi I am having a unusual belief I guess you could say it’s like someone is watching from my eyes and there the voice I hear I’m wondering if law enforcement have this technology

No, on all counts. You have typical symptoms of schizophrenia. Even wondering about law enforcement and privacy invading technology is so normal in abnormal psychology that you are quite the conformist

. it just seems so real because the voices make it seem real I even see things when I sleep that make it believable

No, it’s not possible for someone to be watching you through your eyes. If such a technology existed there would surely be public outcry on account of how invasive it would be.
