When a schizophrenic has unusual thoughts of being watched it is probably true. Where i live people have an eye pointed at me, same persons and other times random people. They are being put to watch me by someone who knows im paranoid schizophrenic. I cant guess who are they and what they want from me. So when a mentally ill person has unusual thoughts it might mean they are right and it could be a sign of being aware.
No, normally when a schizophrenic is having thoughts of paranoia, they’re just paranoid thoughts.
