I find olives and cheese to be really tasty.
Any combos that you like that are rather odd?

Vegemite and fresh tomato on toast!
Samon and hummus
I just looked up vegemite and it is banned in Canada. Strange
Pineapple and sharp cheese
That is very weird. It’s so good. It’s jet black. It’s salty as bejesus and it’s smooth as peanut paste!
Full of vitamin B goodness and you feed it to your toddlers out here. I can only imagine it’s a trade war or you kids will make bomb components out of it because it’s just so bland and cool. I could buy it in the states at international markets!
My mother and I eat pancakes with bacon, whipped cream, and blueberry jam.
I also eat pancakes with cheese and nutella.
Anchovies and jalapenos on pizza !
Blue cheese and fig jam on crackers
salami and cheese
Ok this is gross but I love it. Bologna and ketchup sandwich.
Hot bologna sammiches with ketchup is tasty!
Used to eat those as a kid, frying up 2 slices of bologna…Mmmmm.
My current combo:
Fresh pineapple in (hot) oatmeal for breakfast.
Two things courtesy of my father:
Mayonnaise on corn on the cob instead of butter.
Chili and eggs.
IDK if this one is weird, I sure don’t see it much: fried eggs sandwiches.
Please don’t kick me off the forum.
Don’t forget to hit that corn cob with the chili powder- or it ain’t done.
Mmmmm, my favorite item from those “Ding Ding” vendors, you know, those solo folks pushing a hand cart up and down select streets.
Usually located in the (lower income?) end of town.
@77nick77, I have to wonder if fried egg sammiches are linked to the military? We ate quite a few of them growing up (my dad started out Navy, but retired from the Air Force).
Potato chips and cheese!
I eat potato chips with creme fraice.
But only the barbeque flavoured ones
Possibly. You might remember my dad was in the military too. But yeah, you fry two eggs, butter two pieces of toast and break the yolks and keep frying them until their solid. Then slap them on the toast.
Scrambled eggs sandwiches with mayonnaise are a little easier to cook and eat.
chicken tikka and coleslaw bread roll
Oh I thought of another one. Pizza pops with sour cream and regular pizza with chipotle ranch
Potato chips with ketchup
